As promised, here is my IF entry for this week's topic "Shadows".
When I think of shadows, I think of campfires and ghost stories, deep, dark woods and the power of the imagination to see things in the dark. I also wanted to work on my cross hatching. I did this one with regular and fine point Sharpie markers on bristol paper.

What an AWESOME use of Sharpies!!
I also like how you used the Sharpies for crosshatching. It has a really nice "artist's hand." Love that stick-like frame! And the owl is really cute!!
I like this..your use of crosshatching is good. It really looks like the fire lights up the middle of the picture and everything else is in shadow!
